Summon Griffon the Great, the leader of all giants from the depths of No Man's Land.—Shopkeeper, Stick War: Legacy
Griffon the Great is the king of No Man's Land in Stick War: Legacy. He can be bought by the Player at the Shop as a spell to serve their purposes in battle.
His size and ability in combat is comparable to the Final Boss, but can only be purchased for 1000 gems. This alone relegates Griffon to the most important of battles, such as Last Stand.
Appearance[]
During the early stages of the game, Griffon looked exactly like the Boss Giant of Stick War 1.
Griffon is significantly larger than an average giant, distinguishable by his mask and a scythe made from magma. His eyes glow a fiery orange.
Moves and Abilities[]
Primary Attack[]
Griffon the Great functions identically to a normal Giant. He can swing his club downwards or throw the corpse he clutches overhead, both attacks knocking back any five nearby non-stun-immune enemies in front of him.
Earthquake[]
The sole ability of Griffon: he is capable of stomping his feet, causing a gorge that stuns and damages units in front of him in a straight line, This ability is shared with the Boss Giant and a giant wearing a non-classic skin.
Unlike other Skinned Giants, Griffon can cause an earthquake on his own, without User Control.
Notes[]
- There is a 1% chance of getting the Summon Griffon the Great spell in a chest.
- This unit is the most expensive spell in the game (1000 gems).
- While regular giants can only hit 3 units at a time with their basic attacks, Griffon can hit 5 at a time, granting him even better crowd control abilities.
- Griffon is able to beat the final boss if user-controlled and accompanied by Archidons.
- Griffon can beat the Kai Rider entirely alone.
- If The Kai Rider is accompanied by other units then Griffon might die by Poison.
- The spell that summons him is part of the Chaos Spells.
- Griffon the great is the final enemy in mission 200 with the Undead skin Magikill.
- Cyrus and Ruthless use Griffon the Great as a reinforcement.
- Although Griffon the Great is bigger than a normal giant, he somehow has same attack speed and same movement speed as normal giant.
- Before version (TBD), Griffon's mask wasn't protruding above his head much.
- Griffon is slightly smaller than the final boss.
- In older versions of Stick War: Legacy, Griffon had its own death sound. This also appeared in Final Boss.
- Although Griffon the Great hasn't been confirmed to be in Stick War: Saga, he may possibly appear in the Chaos Campaign.
Griffon old Death Sound.
