Each side has miners to pray on their side. The miners will walk to the statue and kneel down. Blue light will radiate, indicating they are praying and gaining mana at 7 mana per 2.61 seconds, or 161 mana/minute. A maximum of 6 miners can be praying at any one time for one side
Function
Mana along with Gold is used to create more advanced tier two units and is a major cost for all spellcasters. It is also required for most upgrades.
All elemental combinations cost 100 mana while scorch, blind gate and the basic elemntals have have 0 mana cost

Negative mana can be obtained through a glitch; it requires the Elemental empire and the fusing of multiple Vs at once without the necessary amount of mana.
Mana can be gained by praying at the enemy statue, however, your miner must be closer to the enemy statue than your statue when told to pray.
All combined units in the Elemental Empire (Charrog, Cycloid, Treature, Inferno and V) take 100 mana.
In contrast, all 4 basic elements cost no mana whatsoever.
Stick War 1 actually didn't have mana; instead, players simply had to pay gold in order to build units.
