Sicklebear (known as the Sicklewrath Leader in Stick War: Legacy) is a Mini boss appearing on mission 70. He reappears in the Stick War III campaign.

Sicklebear appears to be a enlarged default Sicklewrath.
Stick War: III[]
In Stick War III, Sicklebear now has a distinct appearance, wearing red facepaint over his eyes and a cape made from a bear pelt, with the bear's head serving as a hood and its claws as pauldrons. He carries the same sickle as the normal Sicklewrath and is noticeably larger than most normal stick figures. He also holds his sickle backwards for unknown reasons.

Stick War: Legacy[]
Sicklebear is a more powerful Sicklewrath, with high health and high damage. He can be seen with a group of 15 Sicklewrath, he will attack at sunset with the rest of his Sicklewrath troops.
Stick War III[]
In the campaign, Sicklebear appears as the boss of Stage 5. He spawns when there are 2 minutes remaining on the timer.
He reappears in Stage 6, having allied himself with Magis and leading his tribe into battle alongside the Voltaic Revolt against the Order forces led by the player and either Thera or Xiphos. While he and Magis are flagged as Generals, neither will respawn when defeated.
Sicklebear re-appears in Stage 28, where the goal is to destroy his Statue. In this stage, he will respawn like normal Generals.
In Daily Battles, Sicklebear appears in the version 2024.3.2446 rework of Wrath Rebellion, declaring his intent to defeat Xiphos with his own faction. When defeated, Sicklebear summons reinforcements to attack the player.

- In a test level, Sicklebear wore a headdress that resembles the Lakota Sioux headdress.
