Thera is the leader of the Merics. She succeeded Mera, the original founder of the Merics due to besting her in the Trials of Superiority. She has only appeared in one game so far which is Stick War: Saga. She is the second oldest out of the 7 Royal Siblings with Kytchu being older and Shade being younger.
Appearance[]
Thera looks much like a Meric. Thera's skin is white, and her eyes are entirely yellow. She also has yellow lines on her eyes. She wears a long black Hooded Cloak with gold trims. The cloak has a cut-open front, and she wears a gray crown. She wears blue clothes with gold trims. She carries a staff that appears to have a light purple gem surrounded by gold and white wing-shaped carvings.
Etymology[]
Thera is a diminutive form of the Greek name "Theresa," meaning "summer" or "to harvest".
Thera is also the ancient Greek name of the island of Santorini, which held a settlement that was buried and preserved in ash after a volcano on the island erupted.
Abilities[]
Heal[]
Instantly heals a nearby allied unit for 30 health and cures their status conditions. Costs a small amount of Thera's mana.
Cooldown: 1 second
Flight of the Foretold[]
Thera flies into the air and creates a projectile shield around herself, gaining increased movement speed. When an allied unit near Thera takes fatal damage, she will prevent the unit's death, heal it for 95 health, and make it invulnerable for 2 seconds; this effect triggers once per unit. Lasts 10 seconds. and also Flight of the Foretold cannot save summoned units.
During Flight of the Foretold, Thera cannot use her other abilities. Stunning Thera does not interrupt Flight of the Foretold or prevent it from triggering the heal.

Thera's Ward[]
Thera casts an area-of-effect healing ward at her current location, rapidly healing and curing nearby units.
Requires Temple 1 research to unlock.
Cooldown: 60 seconds

- Thera did not benefit from Bewitch; she will neither receive the cost reduction nor unlock the ability.
Dialogue[]
- When casting Flight of the Foretold, Thera says "Flight of the Foretold."
- When casting Healing Ward, Thera says "Heal up."
- When defeated, Thera says "Even death is foretold."
- When saves a unit from death with Flight of the Forereold, Thera says "Not Today."

- She is the Leader of Merics, and is one of the Royal Siblings.
- She's one of the few female generals mentioned to be released, the first was Princess Kytchu.
- She was the first magic general to be added to the game.
- Thera shared a close bond with Atreyos.
- It's hinted at that she's capable of reading minds, during the Mera confronting cutscene she was capable of locating Zareks location then Mera tells her to get out of her head.
